Sign in to download your data or permanently delete your Shonen account. You can do both in the app too: Hero tab → Your data.
You stay signed in only while this tab is open. Nothing is saved in your browser.
Download your data
A JSON file with your profile, your synced app data (plans, logs, check-ins and health answers) and your activity posts.
Delete your account
This permanently deletes your account and all cloud data: profile, synced progress, posts, comments, friends, clubs and meetups. It can’t be undone. Data on your phone stays there until you remove the app. Copies in our backups are gone within 14 days.
